30-day home trial
Wear it. Walk in it. Play in it. Every TORVELL order comes with a 30-day home trial: if KNEE 01 doesn't stay up, doesn't fit, or simply isn't for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free exchange. Worn sleeves are accepted. That is the whole point of a home trial.

Full refund or free exchange within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Free returns and exchanges in the U.S. We email you a prepaid return label with the return address on it.

Exchanges ship first. Wrong size? Tell us the new size and we ship it as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

International orders: returns are accepted within the same 30 days; return shipping is at your cost, and we refund the full product price.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email hello@gettorvell.com with your order number and, if you like, one line on why. It helps us make the sleeve better.
- We reply within one business day with your prepaid label (U.S.) or the return instructions and address (international).
- Drop the package off. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us; your bank may need a few more days to post it.
Pair offers
If you return one sleeve from a pair offer, we refund the amount you actually paid for that sleeve under the offer.
Damaged or wrong item
Please check your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we replace it free of charge, no return required.
